What do I need to do yoga?
To get started in the yoga practice you just need to attend classes and have the intention of doing it.
Can you eat before a yoga class?
You allow a minimum of 2 hours before going to a class.
Can you lose weight with yoga?
The most important aspect resides in the fact that when we connect with our body and understand it better, we are in peace with it and our image, so the attitude towards our weight changes lowering our anxiety, angriness or sadness that this might generate.
How many times a week should I practice?
You can start with a regular practice, so your body learns how to move in a new way. FOr this to happen, it’s very useful to practice at least 2 or 3 times a week.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No! Yoga will make you much more flexible! While in class, we offer options and variations in each posture for every type of body, although if you are a beginner, we recommend above all that you start with yoga workshops and classes for beginners
Can you do yoga while being pregnant?
Practicing yoga during the pregnancy is very rewarding as muchs as for the mother as it is for the baby, as long as you have previous experience in practicing yoga. It helps the mother in having an easier birth and good health towards her recovery and the nutrition of the baby. Although it is highly recommended to practice under the guidance and advice of an experienced teacher.
