Hatha Yoga

HA means “sun” and THA means “moon”. Different yoga postures are used to create a balance between strength and flexibility.

It’s main characteristic is a smooth transition between one posture and the next one, always controlling breathing and the capacity to maintain a meditative state of mind. Balances perfectly all basic aspects of yoga, from balancing to breathing, going by control and physical and mental strength.
